■Capacity-Controlled Match (with spectators)
As part of measures to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus infection, this match will be held with a capacity limit of 50% (approximately 20,000 people). Seating will be assigned with one seat skipped to the front, back, left, and right, creating a checkered pattern with all seats reserved. To reduce the risk of infection, face-to-face contact with staff (ticket tearing) will be eliminated, and only electronic tickets ("Kashi-Tike" QR tickets) and barcode authenticated tickets ("Kashi-Tike" paper tickets) will be used, which allow for the acquisition of individual contact information for visitors.

Tickets can be purchased at the event counter at the stadium on the day of the match. Please check the notes below before purchasing tickets.

[Important Notes]
・As per J.League ticket sales rules for capacity-controlled matches, you will need to fill out your personal information ("Name", "Contact Information", "Address") at the counter and present identification such as a driver's license at the time of purchase.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers, etc., to the extent necessary, if a person infected with or suspected of having an infectious disease is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, an additional handling fee of ¥200 (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance to be reflected in the gate terminal data. If you are purchasing tickets at the same-day ticket counter, please allow ample time.
Even on the day of the match, tickets can be purchased from "Kashi-Tike" web ticket sales on the Antlers official website. The stadium sales counter may be crowded, so please purchase tickets in advance from "Kashi-Tike" before arriving.
※For preschoolers who do not occupy a seat, one preschooler per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. Seating is arranged with a certain distance between seats, and generally the adjacent seat is empty. To maintain optimal distance, preschoolers should sit with their guardians in the seats purchased by the guardians. If a preschooler occupies a seat, a separate ticket is required (if choosing Supporters' Seat, child/student price applies).

・If a wheelchair user is using a dedicated viewing space, the ticket to be purchased is a "wheelchair seat". One accompanying person may enter free of charge.
・You cannot watch the match from a wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.
・Advance reservations are required to use the viewing space and parking. Reservations are accepted starting from the first day of member advance sales (SÓCIO advance sales) for each match you wish to attend. As the number of wheelchair seats is limited, please be sure to purchase tickets from "Kashi-Tike" web ticket sales and then make an advance parking reservation. The reservation deadline is two days before the scheduled match day.
・On the day of the match, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (D parking lot) on the backstand side. After reception, you will enter from the Gate 5 side. At that time, you will be given the accompanying person's ticket (QR).
・SÓCIO members and season ticket members can select wheelchair seats and purchase them for 0 yen.

・For capacity-controlled matches, B parking will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B parking ticket from "Kashi-Tike" web ticket sales and come to the B parking lot. At the B parking lot entrance, scan your purchased ticket with the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
・You cannot use B parking without purchasing a ticket in advance. If there are vacancies, you can still purchase tickets from "Kashi-Tike" on the day of the match.
