Furthermore, Ibaraki Prefecture has issued a request to refrain from traveling to and from prefectures where a "state of emergency" for COVID-19 has been declared. Customers are requested to confirm the policies of their local government before purchasing tickets.
During the "super strict security system" period, annual ticket holders (SÓCIO members/season ticket members) can select their viewing seats from "Kashima Tickets" and attend the match. If capacity restrictions continue for home games held after October 2, attendees will also be required to obtain tickets from "Kashima Tickets."

As part of measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, matches will be held with a capacity limit of 5,000 people, and all viewing seats will be assigned with one empty seat in front, behind, to the left, and to the right, creating a staggered (checkerboard) arrangement. To reduce the risk of infection, face-to-face contact with staff (ticket tearing) will be eliminated, and only "electronic tickets" ("Kashima Tickets" QR tickets) and "barcode authentication tickets" ("Kashima Tickets" paper tickets) that allow for the acquisition of individual contact information of visitors will be used.
