■Capacity-Restricted Matches (Matches with Spectators)
As part of measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, matches will be held with a capacity limit of 50% (approximately 20,000 people). Seating will be assigned with one empty seat to the front, back, left, and right, creating a checkered pattern of all reserved seating. In addition, to reduce the risk of infection, face-to-face contact with staff (ticket tearing) will be eliminated, and only "electronic tickets" ("Kashima Tickets" QR tickets) and "barcode authentication tickets" ("Kashima Tickets" paper tickets) that allow for the acquisition of individual contact information of visitors will be used.

・On the day of the match, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (D parking lot) on the backstand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will be given the attendant's ticket (QR).
・SÓCIO members can select a wheelchair seat and purchase it for 0 yen.

・For capacity-restricted matches, B parking will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. At the B parking entrance, hold your purchased ticket over the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.

For the Fukuoka match (May 5th), SÓCIO members and season ticket members can obtain one free ticket of the same category as or lower than their annual ticket.
Please note that due to limited seating, the category may differ from your annual reserved seat. Additionally, reselling tickets (resale) is not available during the capacity restriction period.
