"Antlers Business College" is a program where participants can learn about sports business from various perspectives, from management to on-site operations, by experiencing practical cases of Kashima Antlers. The first term was held from September 2020 to March 2021.
In the second term, which will run for approximately six months starting from May 2021, participants will acquire basic management know-how through lectures led by Antlers executives and other instructors. In addition, practical learning will be provided through actual case studies, discussions among participants, and the development and presentation of concrete business plans. The aim is to foster individuals who can create value for their communities and society by deepening their understanding of the entire sports business, not just football.

In addition, managers from various teams within the club will participate in the program, and individuals who have led other sports business fields beyond football are also scheduled to speak.

・Business professionals who are currently involved in sports business or wish to be in the future
・Professional athletes and staff of sports operating companies who want to deepen their understanding of sports business
・Local government officials and staff from sponsor/partner companies who are involved in sports business but want to deepen their understanding and utilize it more effectively
