■Capacity-restricted matches (matches with spectators)
As part of measures to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, matches will be held with a capacity limit of 50% (approximately 20,000 people), and all spectator seats will be assigned with one empty seat to the front, back, left, and right, creating a checkered pattern. Additionally, to reduce the risk of infection, we will eliminate face-to-face contact with staff (ticket tearing) and only use "electronic tickets (Kashitike QR tickets)" and "barcode authentication tickets (Kashitike paper tickets)" which allow us to obtain individual contact information of attendees.

For matches with capacity restrictions, you cannot watch the game from the seats indicated on your existing tickets or IC cards. You must select your viewing seat from the web ticket purchase site "Kashima Ticket" for each match and obtain a ticket. If you do not obtain a viewing ticket in advance, you will not be able to watch the match, so please be sure to specify your viewing seat for each match.
For the Kobe match (April 24), SÓCIO members and season ticket members can obtain one free ticket of the same category or lower than their annual ticket.
Please note that seats are limited, so the category may differ from your annual reserved seat. Additionally, the resale service for obtained tickets cannot be used during the capacity restriction period.
