Regarding spectator capacity limits and changes to operational rules
Following the lifting of Ibaraki Prefecture's独自の緊急事態宣言 (prefectural state of emergency) on Tuesday, February 23 (holiday), the stadium capacity limit will be eased from 5,000 people to 50% capacity (approximately 20,000 people). Click here for details *Added on Tuesday, February 23 (holiday)
Due to restrictions on event hosting established by the J-League and Ibaraki Prefecture, the 2021 J-League YBC Levain Cup Group Stage Matchday 1 against Sagan Tosu, to be held on Wednesday, March 3, will have a stadium capacity limit of 5,000 spectators. In addition, ticketing and fan/supporter-related guidelines will be operated under "Super Strict Measures."
During "Super Strict Measures," annual ticket holders (SÓCIO members/season ticket members) can select their seats via "Kashima Ticket" and attend the match. If capacity restrictions continue for home games held after March 10, attendance will require obtaining tickets via "Kashima Ticket." Please check the details below, obtain your QR ticket, and attend the match.
*You can obtain one free ticket for the same category or lower than your purchased annual ticket ("Visitor Exclusive Seats" are not eligible).
*If the state of emergency is lifted during the ticket sales period, capacity restrictions may be eased from that point.
■Capacity Restricted Matches (Matches with Spectators)
As part of measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, matches will be held with a capacity limit of 5,000 spectators, with all seats designated and spaced out by skipping one seat to the front, back, left, and right (checkerboard pattern). Additionally, to reduce the risk of infection, face-to-face contact with staff (ticket tearing) that occurs with paper tickets will be eliminated, and only "electronic tickets" ("Kashima Ticket" QR tickets) will be used, as they allow for the collection of individual contact information for attendees.

*For pre-school children who do not occupy a seat, one pre-school child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. Seating is spaced out, with an empty seat typically next to you, but to maintain optimal distance, pre-school children should sit together with their guardians in the seats purchased by the guardians. If a seat is occupied, a separate ticket is required (if choosing Supporters' Seat, child/student price applies).

*1. For wheelchair accessible seating
・If a wheelchair user wishes to use the dedicated viewing space, the ticket to be purchased is a "wheelchair seat." One accompanying person can enter for free.
・You cannot watch the game while remaining in your wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.
・Advance reservations are required for the viewing space and parking. Reservations will be accepted from the first day of the member pre-sale (SÓCIO pre-sale) for each match you wish to attend.
・As the number of wheelchair seats is limited, please be sure to purchase tickets via the WEB ticketing service "Kashima Ticket" before making a parking reservation. The deadline for reservations is two days before the scheduled match date.
・On the day of the match, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-only parking lot (D parking lot) on the back stand side. After registration, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will receive the accompanying person's ticket (QR).
・SÓCIO members can select wheelchair seats and purchase them for 0 yen.

*2. B Parking Tickets will be sold
・For matches with capacity restrictions, B parking will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B parking ticket (QR ticket) from the WEB ticketing service "Kashima Ticket" and come to the B parking lot. At the entrance of the B parking lot, scan your purchased QR ticket at the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
・You cannot use the B parking lot without purchasing a QR ticket in advance. If there are still spaces available, you can also purchase on the day of the match via "Kashima Ticket."

＜How 2021 Annual Ticket Holders (SÓCIO members / Season Ticket members) Attend Matches＞
For matches with capacity restrictions, you cannot watch the match from the seat indicated on your existing ticket or IC card. You must select your viewing seat and obtain a ticket for each match via the web ticket purchase site "Kashima Ticket." If you do not obtain a viewing ticket in advance, you will not be able to attend the match, so please designate your viewing seat for each match.
For the March 3rd match against Tosu, SÓCIO members and Season Ticket members can obtain one free ticket for the same category or lower than their annual ticket.
Please note that due to limited seating, your assigned annual reserved seat may be in a different category. Also, the ticket resale service for obtained tickets cannot be used during the period of capacity restrictions.
