About Capacity Restrictions and Changes to Operating Rules
Following the lifting of Ibaraki Prefecture's own state of emergency on Tuesday, February 23 (holiday), the stadium capacity limit will be eased from 5,000 people to 50% capacity (approximately 20,000 people). Click here for details *Added on Tuesday, February 23 (holiday)
We would like to inform you about the ticket sales for the 2021 Meiji Yasuda J1 League Section 1 match against Shimizu S-Pulse, which will be held on Saturday, February 27.
For this match, the stadium capacity will be limited to 5,000 people (under extremely strict measures). For home game tickets, SÓCIO members and Season Ticket members can obtain one free ticket in the same category or lower as their annual ticket. Please see the details below, obtain your QR ticket, and come to watch the match.
■ Capacity Restricted Match (Match with Spectators)
As part of measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, this match will be held with a capacity limit of 5,000 people. All seats will be reserved, with one empty seat between each occupied seat to the front, back, left, and right, creating a staggered arrangement (checkerboard pattern). Furthermore, to reduce the risk of infection, face-to-face contact with staff (ticket tearing) that occurs with paper tickets will be eliminated, and only "electronic tickets (Kashima Antlers QR Tickets)" will be used, as they allow for the acquisition of individual contact information of attendees.

*For pre-school children who do not occupy a seat, one pre-school child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. Seating is arranged with a certain distance between seats, and generally, the adjacent seat is empty. However, to maintain optimal distance, pre-school children should sit with their guardians in the seats purchased by their guardians. If a seat is occupied, a separate ticket is required (child/student price if choosing West Zone, East Zone, or Supporters' Seat).

・If a person in a wheelchair uses the dedicated viewing space, the ticket to be purchased is a "wheelchair seat". One accompanying person can enter for free.
・You cannot watch the game from a wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.
・Advance reservation is required to use the viewing space and parking. Reservations will be accepted starting from the first day of member advance sales (SÓCIO advance sales) for each match you wish to attend. As the number of wheelchair seats is limited, please be sure to purchase a ticket from "Kashima Antlers QR Tickets" and then make an advance reservation for parking. The reservation period closes two days before the scheduled match day.
・On the day of the match, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair accessible parking lot (D parking lot) on the backstand side. After reception, you will enter from the Gate 5 side. At that time, you will receive a ticket (QR) for your accompanying person.
・SÓCIO members and season ticket members can select wheelchair seats and purchase them for 0 yen.

*2 About sales of B parking tickets
・For capacity-restricted matches, B parking lot will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B parking ticket (QR ticket) from "Kashima Antlers QR Tickets" and come to the B parking lot. At the B parking lot entrance, scan your purchased QR ticket on the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
・You will not be able to use the B parking lot unless you purchase a QR ticket in advance. If there is availability, you can also purchase on the day of the match from "Kashima Antlers QR Tickets".

For matches with capacity restrictions, you cannot watch the match from the seat indicated on your ticket or IC card. You must select a viewing seat for each match from the web ticket purchase site "Kashima Antlers QR Tickets" and obtain a ticket. If you have not obtained a viewing ticket in advance, you will not be able to watch the match, so please be sure to specify your viewing seat for each match.
For matches held in February (February 27th Shimizu match), SÓCIO members and Season Ticket members can obtain one free ticket in the same category or lower as their annual ticket.
Please note that seats are limited, so the category may differ from your annual reserved seat. Also, resale of obtained tickets is not available during the capacity restriction period.
