As part of measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, these matches will have a 50% capacity limit, with all seats reserved and arranged in a staggered pattern (checkerboard pattern) with one empty seat on all sides (front, back, left, and right). Additionally, to reduce the risk of infection, we will eliminate face-to-face contact with staff (ticket tearing) associated with paper tickets and will only operate with "electronic tickets ("Shika-Ticket" QR tickets)", which allow us to obtain individual contact information for visitors.

Children who have not yet entered school do not need a ticket if they do not occupy a seat, up to one child per accompanying adult. Seating is arranged with a certain distance between seats, and typically the adjacent seat will be empty. However, to maintain optimal distance, children who have not yet entered school should sit with their guardians in the seats purchased by the guardians. If a child occupies a seat, a separate ticket is required (child/student prices apply for West Zone, East Zone, and Supporters' Seats).

・If a wheelchair user wishes to use the dedicated viewing space, the ticket to be purchased is a "wheelchair seat". One attendant may enter for free.

Reservations will be accepted starting from the first day of member priority sales (SÓCIO priority) for each match you wish to attend. ・For capacity-limited matches, B parking will require advance reservations, and parking tickets will be sold. At the B parking entrance, hold your purchased QR ticket over the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
