Kashima Wellness Plaza Online Program "Antlers Conectar" will begin on Friday, May 1st. Studio lessons, stretches, and more by Kashima Wellness Plaza instructors will be streamed on a special website, offering solutions to lack of exercise and easy exercises that can be done at home. Please apply via the special website!
