When exchanging your ticket on the day of the match, we will verify one of the following, so please be sure to bring it with you.
・After ticket payment is complete, a purchase confirmation screen will appear.

2. "Ticket Purchase Confirmation" email sent from Kashiwa Tickets to the email address registered at the time of application.
Please bring one of the above to the collection point at the stadium on the day of the match.
[How to Exchange for a "Match Ticket"]
On the day of the match (May 8th), Kashima Antlers staff will be at the away supporter's gate side of Stadium Tan Sri DatoHjHassan Yunos, Larkin.
Please present your purchase completion screen or purchase confirmation email at the match ticket exchange counter to exchange it for a match ticket.
*Please be sure to bring your purchase completion screen or purchase confirmation email. Without it, you will not be able to exchange it for a match ticket.
Exchange time: Exchange will begin at 17:00 local time.

■Advance Application for Support Goods
For items to be brought in (banners, musical instruments, etc.), we will confirm them in advance with the opposing club.

[Prohibited Items and Actions]
・Fireworks, explosives, smoke bombs, stones, guns (including toy guns), ammunition, firecrackers, controlled knives
・Plastic bottles, glass bottles, and cans are not allowed.
・Umbrellas, vuvuzelas, whistles, gas horns, etc., are not allowed.
・Displaying banners or flags intended to harm people
・Animals and pets (excluding assistance animals such as guide dogs)
・Bringing, installing, hoisting, wearing, distributing, or affixing billboards, standing signs, banners, hanging banners, flags, placards, bibs, documents, drawings, printed materials, etc. that display or evoke political, ideological, religious, racist, or militaristic principles, assertions, or ideas.
・Entering the facility while intoxicated under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances.
・Photography for commercial purposes or infringing on the portrait rights of players and staff, shooting match videos with video cameras or smartphones, live streaming on the internet, using large equipment including tripods, or any photography that obstructs other customers' viewing or the operation of the match.
・Any act that obstructs or interferes with the operation or progress of the match, causes annoyance or danger to others, or is deemed by security guards to be likely to do so.
・Please note that on the day of the match, bringing in items may be refused based on the instructions of local security personnel.

The stadium has an attached facility called "JOHOR JAPAN FOOTBALL GALLERY".
It features exhibits that allow visitors to experience "The Joy of Johor Bahru," when Japan defeated Iran in the third representative decider in Asia for the 1998 FIFA World Cup France Asian Qualifiers.
