The traditional "4-4-2" system also coincides with "40%-40%-20%", one of the optimal coffee blend ratios, and this ratio is adopted for all blends. While maintaining this ratio, we extract three optimal Brazilian brands to create blends that achieve the desired flavor for each. We also incorporate blends inspired by Kashimanada, creating a drip bag set that matches the local image.

A traditional, fragrant blend suitable for a classic team. A medium to dark roast blend with a classic aroma and richness.

The history of an undefeated team that continues to fight tirelessly is a series of trial and error. A bitter-based blend with a refreshing aftertaste created through a combination of roasts honed through repeated trial and error.


"Kashima Blend" (Front: Nazca-chan)
Kashimanada shows various expressions. A medium roast blend that combines acidity, fragrance, bitterness, and other characteristics of various brands and roasts to perfectly capture that image.

With the motto "Always true to the basics," they continue to preserve the deliciousness of their okaki, drawing wisdom from local grandmothers. Since they compete with the simplest salt and soy sauce flavors, they are loved by all generations.

IbushiginUses rice contract-grown on farms in Ibaraki Prefecture. Seeking the deliciousness of Japanese rice and traditional flavors, they prioritize "rice cracker making from the ingredients," dedicating time and effort. The light salt flavor brings out the inherent deliciousness of the dough, with just the right firmness and a pleasant chewiness that deepens the mochi's umami.
