Kashima Antlers will once again be implementing the "Ticket Upgrade System," allowing you to change your ticket type only on match days, as in the previous season.
Please note that you cannot watch the match from an area different from what is written on your ticket. Thank you for your cooperation.

Except for ticket upgrades on the day of the match, we do not exchange, change, or refund tickets. When purchasing advance tickets, please confirm thoroughly before making your purchase.

≪About the Ticket Upgrade System≫
If you pay the difference, you can upgrade to your desired seat type (either Category 4 Reserved Seats or Category 2 Reserved Seats).

■Eligible Tickets
Those with West Zone, East Zone, or Supporters' Seat tickets (complimentary tickets, discounted tickets, season tickets, SOCIO Personal Choice)

■Eligible Matches
All official Kashima Antlers home matches in the 2016 season *Excludes Emperor's Cup

Example) If you have an East Zone Adult ticket (FC: 2,200 yen / General: 2,500 yen) and pay an additional 2,000 yen on the day of the match, you can upgrade to a Category 2 Reserved Seat ticket.

*Complimentary tickets (child/student complimentary tickets) will be charged at the adult rate.
*There is no fan club member discount.

Same-day ticket counter next to Gate 3

■Notes
*Ticket upgrades will only be accepted at the above sales location if reserved seats are not sold out on the day of the match.
*Changes cannot be made on days other than the match day.
*Downgrades are not available.
*Your current ticket will be collected when you upgrade.
