To reduce waiting times for spectators purchasing stadium gourmet food and enhance their experience, a mobile ordering system will be implemented at select stores. If you pre-order through the dedicated website by the day before the match, you can pick up your items at the designated pre-order pickup window at the store upon your arrival.

・Alcoholic beverages are not sold to customers under 20 years old or to drivers. If you order alcoholic beverages, we may ask for proof that you are 20 years or older at the time of pickup.
・A reminder message will be sent to the SMS, email, or LINE chosen for identity verification on the pickup date.
・Products can only be picked up on the date selected at the time of order.
・The selected time slot is the valid time for product pickup. Refunds for products not picked up within the valid time cannot be processed. Also, ordered products not picked up by the end of the match will be discarded.
・If you exit the browser before the order completion screen is displayed (e.g., by closing the browser), only the payment process may be executed, but the payment will be cancelled within a few days. In such cases, there will be no burden on the user.
・Payment is only accepted online. Payment at the time of pickup is not supported.
・If you need a receipt for credit card use, please enter your email address in the designated receipt field when entering your credit card information. An electronic receipt will be sent to you by email at a later date.
・If you need a receipt other than for credit card payment, please request it at the time of product pickup.
・This service system uses "Uricall" from Ufu Co., Ltd., and payment details will show "Uricall."
