・The upper tier of the Supporters' Seat Home North Stand will be sold as reserved seats.

In addition to your annual reserved seats, you can purchase tickets at SÓCIO / Fan Club advance prices. Purchases can be made from the sales timing for each membership grade.
■Ticket transfer service available
For matches you cannot attend, you can use the ticket transfer service. Ticket transfers can be done from the account menu "Ticket List / QR Issuance" on "Kashima Tickets". For instructions, please check here.
■For SÓCIO Members
・SÓCIO members who have a corporate contract and selected ticket coupons can apply from the fan club member pre-sale date.

About Same-Day Ticket Sales at the Stadium
On match day, tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket sales booth outside the stadium.

■Important Notes
If tickets are sold out, same-day tickets will not be sold at the stadium. Also, if there are any sold-out seat categories, those categories will not be sold at the stadium.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, you can choose the seat category, but you cannot specify the seat location.
・In addition to the same-day ticket price, a separate handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance to reflect data on the gate terminal. If you purchase tickets at the same-day ticket counter, please arrive with plenty of time.
・Even on match day, tickets can be purchased from "Kashima Tickets". The same-day ticket sales booth may be crowded, so please use "Kashima Tickets".
■For Pre-School Children
For pre-school children, if they watch on an accompanying adult's lap, one pre-school child per adult does not require a ticket, regardless of the seat type. If a seat is required, a separate ticket will be necessary.

Wheelchair seats are a designated viewing space for wheelchair users. One attendant can enter for free.

■About B Parking Ticket Sales
・Parking tickets for standard cars in Kashima Soccer Stadium's B parking lot will be sold for 2,500 yen (tax included) via advance reservation. You cannot use the parking lot without a parking ticket.
・Please purchase parking tickets in advance through "Kashima Tickets". Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until the match day, for the number of available parking spaces.
・On match day, please go to the B parking lot entrance and scan your purchased parking ticket at the attendant's dedicated terminal to enter the parking lot.
・Due to space constraints, the B parking lot is only available for standard passenger cars.
