The Academy Support Club was launched in 2023 as the club's first-ever fan club category for individuals who support the Academy (youth development system). We have now established a new plan for corporations and businesses. A portion of the Academy Support Club membership fees will be used to strengthen the Academy.
The Kashima Antlers Academy aims to "establish a community-based player development system" and "produce players who can become key members of the top team." We are striving to develop the next generation of Antlers players and foster soccer culture through the Antlers.
In 2023, Kashima Junior Youth won the national championship at the Prince Takamado Trophy JFA 35th All Japan U-15 Football Championship. Kashima Antlers Youth also won the Prince Takamado Trophy U-18 Prince League Kanto and the promotion play-off, and in 2024, they are competing in the Prince Takamado Trophy U-18 Premier League EAST, the highest league for high school age groups.
Furthermore, from the 2024 season, third-year youth players Homare Tokuda and Haruto Matsumoto have been registered as Type 2 players for the top team, and the promotion of third-year youth player Kairo Sato has been decided for the 2025 season. These achievements demonstrate steady progress towards our goal of "producing players who can become key members of the top team."
