We will be selling special "Group Supporter Tickets" that allow multiple people to watch the match at a discount. This is a special ticket that allows you to purchase seats in Category 2 and 4 (reserved seats, lower backstand area) at a discounted set price when three or more people watch the match together!
Those who purchase "Group Supporter Tickets" will receive a limited-edition "Heartful DAY Flag" designed to enhance your matchday experience! The "Heartful DAY Flag" will also be sold separately, so annual ticket holders who wish to purchase it can also do so.

■How to purchase tickets and enter the stadium
1) Select "vs Sanfrecce Hiroshima" from the match selection screen on "Kashima Tickets" and purchase the "exchange voucher."
2) On the match day, bring the "exchange voucher" to the stadium ticket office (South Stand side) to receive your admission ticket and the "Heartful DAY Flag" benefit, then enter the stadium.

■Ticket transfer service available

■Important Notes
・If tickets are sold out, same-day tickets will not be sold at the stadium. Also, if any seat categories are sold out, those categories will not be sold at the stadium.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, you can choose the seat category, but you cannot specify the exact seat location.
・A handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be added to the same-day ticket price.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for data to reflect from ticket issuance to the gate terminal. Please allow ample time when purchasing tickets at the same-day ticket counter.
・Even on match day, tickets can be purchased from "Kashima Tickets." The same-day ticket office may be crowded, so please use "Kashima Tickets."
■For preschool children
Preschool children do not need a ticket if they watch the match on an accompanying adult's lap, up to one preschool child per accompanying adult, regardless of the seat type. If a seat is required, a separate ticket is necessary.

"Wheelchair seats" are observation spaces exclusively for wheelchair users. One accompanying person can enter free of charge. Advance reservations are required to use the observation space and parking lot. As the number of seats is limited, please make sure to reserve in advance.

■Sales of B Parking Tickets
・Parking tickets for standard cars in the Kashima Soccer Stadium B parking lot will be sold for 1,000 yen (tax included) by advance reservation. You cannot use the parking lot without a parking ticket.
・Please purchase parking tickets in advance from "Kashima Tickets." They will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until the match day, up to the available parking spaces.
・On match day, please go to the B parking lot entrance and hold your purchased parking ticket over the attendant's dedicated terminal to enter the parking lot.
・Due to parking space limitations, the B parking lot can only be used by standard passenger vehicles.
