Transportation Information and Post-Match Exit Routes for the FC Tokyo Match (7/20)

We would like to inform you about transportation for the 2024 Meiji Yasuda J1 League Matchday 24 against FC Tokyo on Saturday, July 20.

A large number of spectators are expected to attend this match. As public transportation is also expected to be crowded, we ask that those planning to attend check the transportation information and arrive early, allowing plenty of time, preferably by 16:00 (two hours before kickoff).
Please refrain from unauthorized parking in surrounding commercial facilities or on the streets.

Bus

Reservation-only direct buses operate from various locations.

■Express Bus
Tokyo Station to Kashima Area
You can board without a reservation, but heavy congestion is expected, so we recommend using it early. In particular, it is expected to be crowded around 13:00 to 14:00 (4 to 5 hours before kickoff).

All express buses bound for Kashima Jingu Station departing from Tokyo Station between 12:00 (6 hours before kickoff) and 16:00 (2 hours before kickoff) will be extended to Kashima Soccer Stadium.

Additionally, there are reservation-only direct buses from various stations, so please consider using these as well.

*After the match, buses will depart in order. The last bus is scheduled to depart approximately 30 minutes after the end of the match, so please be careful not to miss it.

Buses operate at approximately 30-minute intervals from 12:00 until kickoff of the first half.

Train

On match day, the Kashima Rinkai Railway will make temporary stops at Kashima Soccer Stadium Station. Please note that IC cards cannot be used for destinations towards Mito.

Car

The roads from Itako IC to the stadium are expected to be extremely congested approximately 3 hours before the match. Also, after the match, it may take over an hour to exit the parking lots around the stadium. To alleviate traffic congestion, we ask for your cooperation in using public transportation or carpooling to get to the stadium.
Please refrain from unauthorized parking in surrounding commercial facilities or on the streets.

Motorcycles/Bicycles

Bicycle parking is available in the yellow area shown on the map below. Parking in other areas is prohibited.

Also, it is extremely dangerous to ride from intersections or crosswalks, so please refrain from doing so. On sidewalks, always dismount from your vehicle and walk while pushing it.

Exit Route from Gate 5

Due to the large number of attendees expected for this match, Gate 5 and the area around the intersection in front of the stadium are expected to be extremely crowded, especially after the match. Controlled guidance will be implemented, so please follow the instructions of the staff.

We also ask for your cooperation in dispersing exits to Gates 3, 4, and 6.
