・Exchange vouchers cannot be used for entry. The ticket exchange voucher is a lottery ticket. After the lottery, it will be exchanged for the winning ticket.

In addition to your reserved annual seat, you can purchase tickets at the SÓCIO/Fan Club advance price. Purchases are available from the sales start time for each membership tier.
■Ticket transfer service available

Regarding Same-Day Ticket Sales at the Stadium
On the day of the match, tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket sales counter outside the stadium.

■Notes
・If tickets are sold out, same-day tickets will not be sold at the stadium. Also, if there are any sold-out seat types, those seat types will not be sold at the stadium.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, you can choose the seat type, but you cannot specify the seat location.
・A handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance to be reflected on the gate terminal. If you purchase same-day tickets at the counter, please allow ample time to arrive.
・Even on the day of the match, tickets can be purchased from "Kashima Tickets". The same-day ticket sales counter may be crowded, so please use "Kashima Tickets".
■For Preschool Children
For preschool children, if they watch on an accompanying person's lap, one preschool child per accompanying person does not require a ticket, regardless of the seat type. If a seat is required, a separate ticket will be necessary.

■Sales of B Parking Tickets
・Parking tickets for standard cars in Kashima Soccer Stadium's B parking lot will be sold for 1,000 yen (tax included) via advance reservation. You cannot use the parking lot without a parking ticket.
・Please purchase parking tickets in advance from "Kashima Tickets". They will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until the day of the match, up to the number of available parking spaces.
・On the match day, please go to the B parking lot entrance and hold your purchased parking ticket over the attendant's dedicated terminal to enter the parking lot.
・Due to parking space limitations, B parking lot is only available for standard passenger cars.
