This event is part of our foundational sponsorship activities (*) with ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB member companies. It is a joint company information session for job seekers, with the aim of "creating points of contact between companies and fans/supporters, securing talent to lead the company's future, and developing the regional economy in the future."
On the day of the event, many ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB member companies will participate, and Kashima Antlers, which is currently recruiting, will also have a booth. Since the event will be held on a match day, unlike a typical career fair, company recruiters will be giving company presentations while wearing Antlers uniforms and merchandise. We encourage all participants to come in their usual cheering style.
Furthermore, the first 300 people who pre-register will receive an original LED carabiner light with the ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB logo, specially made for this event, and a ticket to the Sapporo match (East Zone unreserved seats / upper backstand area) at the venue.

Notes on Participating in the Career Fair
・A J.League ID is required for registration.・One registration per J.League ID. Please register with your own J.League ID if you plan to attend.
・Participants other than the first 300 pre-registered individuals must purchase a match ticket separately from "Shikatike" before attending.
・Entry may be restricted due to congestion in the venue. Please be aware of this in advance.
・If any disruptive behavior is observed, you will be asked to leave.
・Information acquired through the pre-registration form will be provided by Kashima Antlers F.C. Co., Ltd. to the ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB member companies exhibiting on the day. This information may also be used for communications regarding this event, necessary procedures, and announcements about other events, seminars, and recruitment information held by exhibiting companies.
