How to Purchase Tickets
(1) From the match selection screen on "Kashima Tickets," please select "Kashima Summer! 3-Match Ticket Set."(2) Select your desired seat type, membership grade, and number of seats, then purchase the exchange voucher. After selecting your membership grade, you can choose your desired seats by selecting "Specify seats."

■Ticket Exchange Method
Bring your purchased "Kashima Summer! 3-Match Ticket Set" (QR ticket or paper ticket) to the same-day ticket counter outside the stadium on the day of the match, receive your admission tickets for the three matches, and then enter.
*One exchange voucher can be exchanged for admission tickets to the three target matches. Please keep your tickets carefully.
■Ticket Exchange Time and Location
Saturday, July 20, 14:00 - 19:00 (1 hour before gates open - second half kickoff)
Same-day ticket counter outside the stadium
*Ticket exchanges will also be available on the days of the Tosu match (8/7) and Urawa match (8/17) from 1 hour before gates open until the second half kickoff. Please note that there will be no refunds for matches you do not attend.
■Important Notes
・You cannot enter the stadium with the "exchange voucher" issued at the time of purchase. Please be sure to visit the same-day ticket counter to receive your admission tickets before entering.
・Both Category 4 and Category 5 are reserved seats. Please specify your seat location by selecting "Specify seats" when purchasing on "Kashima Tickets." If you complete the purchase by selecting "Proceed to number selection without specifying seats," you may not be seated next to each other. Please note that cancellations cannot be made after the purchase is complete.
・Sales will end once the planned number of tickets has been reached.
