How to Use
1) Scan the QR code to order and view the menu
Scan the dedicated QR code located on your seat's armrest with your smartphone to access the order page (*Please use the QR code for the seat you are occupying).
2) Place order and make cashless payment
Select items from the menu and proceed to payment (you may order items from multiple shops at once).
3) Receive your order at your seat
Delivery staff will bring your order directly to your seat (*Please remain at your seat after placing your order).

・Services may be suspended or orders cancelled due to bad weather, etc. Such announcements will be made by the facility or event organizers.
・In the event of a system failure, existing orders may be cancelled. In such cases, fees already paid will be refunded or the transaction cancelled.
・Due to network conditions, it may take time to finalize your order. Please do not tap elsewhere or close your browser until the completion screen appears.
・Alcohol is not sold to anyone under 20 or to drivers. Proof of age may be required upon delivery for alcohol orders.
・Refunds cannot be provided for items not claimed within the designated window. Items not claimed by the end of the match will be disposed of.
・If you exit the browser before the completion screen appears, the payment might still process; however, it will be cancelled within a few days. You will not incur any cost.
・Only online payments are accepted.
・If you require a receipt for credit card transactions, please enter your email address in the designated field when inputting card info. An electronic receipt will be sent later.
