Tsukamoto Soba, where freshly made soba creates an exquisite taste, is a long-established soba restaurant in Itako that has been around for about 150 years. We recommend the Ten Seiro (tempura and soba) and Kamo Seiro (duck soba) made with Hitachi Aki soba from Ibaraki Prefecture. Tendon (tempura rice bowl) and donburi sets are also popular.
