The Baked Sweet Potato Factory Museum, located within Namegata Farmers Village, is a "sacred place" for baked sweet potatoes, where you can learn about them while having fun. Since it utilizes a former elementary school building, the atmosphere is just like a school. As you complete the assignments written in the "student handbook" handed to you upon admission, you'll gradually become more knowledgeable about baked sweet potatoes. A factory tour is also included, and you'll be captivated by the sight of "daigaku imo" (candied sweet potatoes) flowing along the conveyor belt. Finally, a delicious tasting awaits you, named "school lunch." A handmade sweet potato class is also held in the home economics room. Aim to become a baked sweet potato master at the Baked Sweet Potato Factory Museum, where both adults and children can enjoy!
