As it was Children's Day, 27 children participated (1st grade: 6, 2nd grade: 6, 3rd grade: 6, 4th grade: 3, 5th grade: 3, 6th grade: 3).
The individual futsal regulations were as follows: all grades were mixed and divided into 5 teams, a round-robin tournament was held, teams were reshuffled, and another round-robin tournament was held.

Each person played a total of 8 matches! By the way, one match was 8 minutes long.
*Players who helped out other teams played 10 or more matches.
Individual futsal was self-officiated.
The advantages of self-officiating are that players learn the rules thoroughly and develop fair playmanship! (Coaches will officiate if there are malicious fouls)

After the teams were divided, each team introduced themselves and decided on positions.
Many players were shy, but being able to take initiative and speak up in such situations will definitely lead to better play in matches!

When the matches started, perhaps due to some hesitation, there was a rather quiet beginning. However, as time went on, everyone started shouting loudly and moving proactively, showing a lot of excitement.
Even the lower-grade players scored goals with the good support of the higher-grade players, and many good plays were seen.

This type of team formation, with mixed grades,
for lower-grade students, helps them "learn by observing the play of higher-grade students, and confront bigger opponents without flinching or giving up."
for higher-grade students, helps them "confirm their own skills and play soccer by effectively moving those around them!"

And most importantly, everyone was able to do the most important thing: "enjoy playing soccer!"

We plan to continue holding individual futsal events for elementary school students as a regular event.
We plan to hold events for all grades, as well as for individual grades, as we did this time.
If you love soccer and want to play matches, please join us!
You are guaranteed to have fun!
We look forward to seeing many participants next time!
