≪Tsukuba Area≫ March 2024 Event Report

[Saturday, March 9th: Skill Improvement School]
A "Skill Improvement School" was held at the Tsukuba Academy Center for elementary school students in grades 3-6.

This time, the theme was "one-on-one."

We practiced techniques such as dribbling and turning to avoid losing the ball to an opponent, as well as practical one-on-one and three-on-three drills.

During the one-on-one drills and matches, many participants were seen actively challenging themselves with what they had practiced, and intense battles unfolded.

[Sunday, March 10th: Running Class & Mini-Game Event]
A "Running & Mini-Game Event" was held at the Tsukuba Academy Center for elementary school students in grades 1-2!

On the day, we practiced tips necessary for running fast, such as arm swing, posture, and leg lift.

Participants diligently engaged in practice, mindful of the coaches' advice.

At the end, a mini-game was played, and many participants were seen consciously focusing on their running form even while playing, and actively moving into open spaces.

[Saturday, March 16th: Girls' Soccer Class in Tsukuba]
A "Girls' Soccer Class in Tsukuba" was held at the Tsukuba Academy Center for girls from kindergarten to 6th grade.

During the warm-up, everyone participated in an icebreaker, having fun and moving their bodies while calling out to each other!

In practice, basic soccer drills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting were conducted, and the participants seemed to be enjoying themselves while concentrating on their practice.

The Tsukuba School offers a "Girls' Course" for elementary school girls in grades 1-6!

Experienced soccer players, as well as beginner girls, are all welcome!
We also offer free trial lessons, so please come and experience it once.

[Wednesday, March 20th (public holiday): GK Event]
A "GK Event" was held at the Tsukuba Academy Center for elementary school students in grades 2-5.

On the day, under the guidance of Coaches Sugiyama, Suzuki, and Ohashi, the event focused on basic drills, with a match-format practice at the end.

During practice, the participants listened carefully to the coaches' demonstrations and advice, and seemed to be enjoying and feeling the appeal of being a goalkeeper.

The Tsukuba School offers a "GK School" on Tuesdays and Thursdays for elementary school students in grades 3-6.
Experienced coaches will convey the fun of goalkeeping, improve techniques, and emphasize the importance of defending the goal.
We also offer free trial lessons, so please come and experience it once.

[Wednesday, March 20th (public holiday): Yuki Soccer Class]
The "Yuki Soccer Class" was held at Kakubo Sports Park Baseball Field.

On the day, under clear skies, energetic kids and elementary school students in grades 1-2 participated, and everyone enjoyed playing soccer together!

The Yuki School holds classes every Wednesday at Kakubo Sports Park Baseball Field!
It is for kids (preschool and kindergarten) to elementary school 6th graders, so please come and experience a free trial.

[Wednesday, March 20th (public holiday): Fun Soccer Class for Women]
A "Fun Soccer Class for Women" was held at the Tsukuba Academy Center for women aged junior high school and older.

Experienced players, as well as beginners and mothers who "want to enjoy moving their bodies" or "are interested in soccer," participated.

Many participants don't usually have opportunities to exercise, and they seemed to be practicing in a very lively atmosphere, enjoying moving their bodies together as women.
We also hold events that adults and women can enjoy, so please feel free to join us.

[Saturday, March 23rd: Skill Improvement School]
A "Skill Improvement School" was held at the Tsukuba Academy Center for elementary school students in grades 2-4.

This time, Tsukuba Junior Director Nasukawa focused on "defense," and Coach Iwata focused on "offense" during practice.

In Director Nasukawa's "defense" practice, basic defensive steps and approach drills were conducted. In Coach Iwata's "offense" practice, the focus was on individual techniques such as passing and controlling in various hypothetical situations. Finally, one-on-one drills were performed, with intense battles unfolding in both offense and defense.

Receiving advice from Director Nasukawa and Coach Iwata, the participants focused seriously on their practice.

We will continue to hold skill-focused events for various age groups, so please join us!

[Sunday, March 24th: Girls' School Student Training Match]
A training match was held at the Tsukuba Academy Center for female school students from the Tsukuba area.

On the day, wearing Antlers uniforms, we played matches against Tsukuba FC and Tsuchiura Winds FC.

[Tuesday, March 26th: Futsal Course Training Match]
A "Futsal Course Training Match" was held at the Tsukuba Academy Center.

On the day, we played matches against students from FC Tokyo's school.

Thank you to the students from FC Tokyo's school!

The Tsukuba School offers a "Futsal Course" for elementary school students in grades 4-6. In addition to futsal techniques, by playing in confined spaces, students will acquire more precise techniques and practice in a way that leads to soccer.
*A selection process is required for enrollment.
