The two played Teqball before practice. First, the School Select team played against the coach, and then the two School Select members played against each other.

At first, they would kick the ball to each other so it was easy to receive and continue the rally.
As they got used to it, they started playing more unpredictable balls, and it became necessary to be prepared to react to any ball.
As they played, they naturally started looking at their opponent and strategizing.

While there were more strategic plays between them, there were also moments where they played cautiously and made mistakes, or lost focus and conceded points, showing how challenging it was.
More than anything, what the two School Select members realized was important when actually playing Teqball was the power and feel of the ball.
If they moved even slightly away from the Teqball table, they couldn't see the opponent's court, so even a slight miscalculation in power would lead to a mistake, and it was difficult to get the hang of it.
They also felt that they needed to use their heads, chests, and thighs, not just their feet, to play, so spatial awareness and instant decision-making were also necessary.
We will continue to utilize Teqball not only for improving skills but also for improving decision-making abilities.
