The final day of the Brazil expedition has arrived.
Each team started their last day with a morning walk before having breakfast. Then, they took a bus to the ZICO Center for the closing ceremony and to watch the final match.
Upon arrival at the center, before the final match, we watched the third-place playoff between the J.League selection team and Corinthians. Afterward, the closing ceremony for all tournament participants was held, where Zico TD first shared his thoughts on the tournament and a message for the players. Each participating player and staff member received a certificate of completion. This year marked the 110th anniversary of Japan-Brazil friendship, and representatives from the consulate also attended and gave speeches.
Afterward, the customary two-shot photo session with Zico TD took place on the pitch.
As always, familiar faces with ties to Antlers visited the ZICO Center.

After the closing ceremony, we watched the final match between Fluminense and Botafogo. The game ended 1-1 and went to a penalty shootout after extra time. Thanks to the miraculous shot-stopping of the Fluminense goalkeeper, Fluminense, whom Kashima and Tsukuba played against, impressively won the championship.
After the closing ceremony, Kashima went sightseeing to Corcovado and shopped at Hatano Store. Norte and Tsukuba went shopping at a shopping center and bought souvenirs. At 7 PM, after expressing gratitude for their stay at the hotel, they headed to a churrascaria restaurant.
At the churrascaria, they seemed satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the food, showing interest in the unfamiliar way of eating meat dishes.
After finishing their meal, they headed to Rio de Janeiro-Galeão International Airport to begin their journey home.
