From the start of the match, we pressed high up the field and consistently won the ball with numerical superiority against the opponent's possession. We took the lead from the beginning with an attacking style of play. The support from the Norte and Tsukuba players was also a great encouragement, making it feel like a home game.

However, in the 9th minute, a pass in the central left side was intercepted by the opponent and spread to the opposite side. A dribble and cut-in led to a powerful shot from near the penalty area, giving them the opening goal. After that, we continued to create chances by picking up loose balls in contests, but the first half ended without a goal.

In the second half, we continued to play dominantly and created scoring opportunities, but we couldn't find the back of the net. In the 53rd minute, just as we were about to change our attack with a substitution, the opponent scored their second goal from a corner kick, putting us in a difficult situation. Although the substitution created even more attacking chances, decisive opportunities hit the post or crossbar, and we failed to score until the end of the match.

It was a frustrating loss, as we maintained possession more than the opponent and created more decisive chances. As a result, Kashima was eliminated in the quarterfinals and ended their tournament.
