【Eligible Grades】
Kids (ages 3-5, pre-kindergarten to kindergarten)
【What to Bring】
Clothes suitable for playing soccer, a ball, a water bottle, a change of clothes
*Balls can be rented (Please specify "Ball rental requested" in the remarks column when applying)
*Please be sure to write your name on all your belongings.

500 yen (tax included) / person

【Other Important Notes】
・In case of cancellation due to rain, etc., we will contact school students via Sgrum and non-school students via email or phone by 14:00 on the day.
・For injuries sustained on the day, we will provide first aid, but subsequent care will be the responsibility of each household. We appreciate your understanding.
【COVID-19 Countermeasure Guidelines】
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, or children (under 18 years) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, cannot participate. Also, if you have difficulty breathing, fatigue, malaise, or any other physical discomfort including abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.
You cannot participate if any of the following apply within 1 week prior to the day of participation:
1) You or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19 or has symptoms corresponding to the above.
2) The participant has been identified as a close contact by a public health center (excluding those who have completed their isolation period after being identified as a close contact) or is awaiting a close contact determination.
3) In an institution (including school) to which the participant belongs, activities have been suspended (including class closures) due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection within the organization.
In addition, please strictly observe the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) The participant understands the risks and has confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when entering the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. If the management gives instructions regarding preventive measures, please follow them.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose with your hands.
If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please refrain from participating.
