Elementary school students in grades 2-6

Aso Sports Park Multi-Purpose Ground (1257-4 Shimanami, Namegata City, Ibaraki Prefecture)
【Participation Fee】
・School members: Free
・Non-school members (general applicants): 1,000 yen (tax included)
*Collected in cash on the day of the event.
【What to Bring】
Full set of soccer equipment, water bottle

*A J.League ID is required to apply. Registration is free.

【Other Notes】
・Results will be notified within one week, via Sgrum for school members and by mail for general participants.
・Successful applicants will begin activities in January.
・We will provide first aid for any injuries sustained on the day, but please understand that subsequent care will be the responsibility of each household.

【COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines】
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, will not be allowed to participate. Additionally, participation is not permitted if you have any symptoms of ill health, including difficulty breathing, malaise, fatigue, or abnormalities in taste or smell.
Participation is not permitted if any of the following apply within one week prior to the day of participation:
1) If the participant or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19, or has symptoms consistent with the above.
2) If the participant is a close contact certified by a public health center (excluding those who have completed their isolation period after being certified as a close contact), or is awaiting a determination of close contact.
3) If the organization to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection within the organization.
Furthermore, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past 2 weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) The participant understands the risks and has confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. Follow instructions if the management provides warnings regarding preventative measures.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose into your hand.
If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please refrain from participating.
