・Non-school members (general applicants): 1,000 yen (tax included)
*Payment will be collected in cash on the day.

Full set of soccer equipment, water bottle

・Results will be notified within one week: via Sgrum for school members and by postal mail for general participants.
・Successful applicants will begin activities from January.

[COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, will not be allowed to participate. Additionally, if you have any symptoms of poor health, including difficulty breathing, fatigue, lethargy, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be allowed to participate.
You will not be allowed to participate if any of the following apply to you within one week prior to the day of participation:
1) You or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19, or exhibited symptoms consistent with it.
2) You are a close contact certified by the public health center (excluding cases where the isolation period has ended) or are awaiting a close contact determination.
3) The institution to which you belong (including school) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) within the organization due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection.
Furthermore, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions if the management provides warnings regarding preventive measures.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit or blow your nose with your hand.
If you have any concerns about your health, even slight, please refrain from participating.
