Mini-Game Tournament for Parents and Children in Asahi (for elementary school students in grades 3-6) on June 12

We will be holding a "Parent-Child Mini-Game Tournament in Asahi" on Sunday, June 12th at the Asahi City Football Stadium, which has just had its soft opening! First-time soccer players are also very welcome! Please invite your friends and join us for this opportunity!

Soccer attire, ball, water bottle, change of clothes, health check sheet
*Balls can be borrowed
*Please be sure to write your name on all belongings.

[Other Notes]
・We will provide first aid for injuries on the day, but subsequent care will be the responsibility of each household. Please be aware of this in advance.
・In case of cancellation due to rain, etc., we will contact school members via Sgrum and non-school members by phone by 9:00 AM on the day.
・Please fill out the health check sheet starting two weeks before the event day.

[COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines]
Please take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, will not be allowed to participate. Additionally, if you experience difficulty breathing, fatigue, general malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be allowed to participate.

If you or a cohabitant experienced any of the above health issues within one week prior to the day of participation, you will not be allowed to participate.
Those requested to self-isolate by their school, educational institution, or workplace will not be allowed to participate.

Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:

1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. Follow instructions from the organizers if given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, immediately report it and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Even on the pitch, observe cough etiquette; do not spit or blow your nose with your hand.
8) After the event, quickly leave and go home.
