Notice of "Parent-Child Mini Game Tournament in Asahi" for 1st and 2nd Graders (June 5)

We will be holding a "Parent and Child Mini-Game Tournament in Asahi" on Sunday, June 5th, at the Asahi City Soccer Field, which just had its pre-opening.

Even if you're new to soccer, you're more than welcome to join! Please invite your family and friends and come participate!

Asahi City Soccer Field (1390-8 Yokone, Asahi City, Chiba Prefecture)

【Target Grades】
1st and 2nd graders

【What to Bring】
Clothes for playing soccer, a ball, a water bottle, a change of clothes, health check sheet
*Balls can be borrowed
*Please write your name on all belongings

【Other Important Notes】
・For injuries on the day of the event, we will provide first aid, but please handle subsequent care at home. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
・In case of cancellation due to rain or other reasons, we will contact school members via Sgrum by 9:00 AM on the day of the event, and non-school members by phone.
・Please fill out the health check sheet starting two weeks before the event day.

【COVID-19 Countermeasure Guidelines】
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, will not be allowed to participate. Also, if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, sluggishness, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be allowed to participate.

If the participant or a cohabitant experienced any of the above-mentioned health issues within one week prior to the day of participation, participation will not be allowed.
Those who have been requested by their educational institution (school, etc.) or workplace to refrain from going out will not be allowed to participate.

Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:

1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. Follow instructions from the organizers when given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit, and do not blow your nose into your hand.
8) After the event, promptly pack up and return home.
