・To prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, please take your temperature every morning and fill out the health check sheet from two weeks before the tryouts until the day of the tryouts.

・Results will be notified within one week: via Sgrum for school students and via postal mail for general participants.
・Successful applicants will start activities from April.

Please note that re-selection will be conducted when advancing to the 3rd grade, so it is not guaranteed that you will be able to continue directly into the Special Course for 3rd graders. All participants will be re-evaluated, so please be sure to apply.

・Activity time: 18:40 - 20:00 for 2nd to 6th grade elementary school students

[About the COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher will not be allowed to participate. Also, those with shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell will not be allowed to participate.
If the participant or a cohabitant has experienced any of the above symptoms within one week prior to the day of participation, they will not be allowed to participate.
Those who have been requested to self-isolate by their school or workplace are not allowed to participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions from the organizers if given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, immediately report it and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit or blow your nose.
8) Leave and go home promptly after the event.
