【Payment Method】
・After completing your application, click on the URL provided in the payment guidance email you receive and complete the payment procedure on the tryout participation fee payment site.
・After the payment procedure is completed, you will receive a "Ticket Application Details Confirmation" email from J.LEAGUE Ticket.
*In addition to various credit card payments, you can also choose to pay at Seven-Eleven stores.
*A system usage fee of 110 yen/ticket, an issuance fee of 110 yen/ticket, and a payment processing fee of 220 yen/transaction (only for Seven-Eleven payments) will be charged separately.

【How to Issue Tryout Participation Tickets】
・Please issue your "Tryout Participation Ticket" at a Seven-Eleven store.
*For credit card payments (including d払い, Rakuten Pay, and Yahoo! Wallet), tickets cannot be issued at Seven-Eleven until 24 hours later to prevent unauthorized use.
*If you wish to issue the ticket within 24 hours, such as when the deadline is approaching, please select "Pay at Seven-Eleven."
・On the day of the tryouts, please present your "Tryout Participation Ticket" issued at Seven-Eleven and your "Health Check Sheet" at the reception.
*Please note that refunds for cancellations after payment cannot be made.
【Measures Against Novel Coronavirus Infection】
To prevent novel coronavirus infection, we ask that you take your temperature every morning and fill out a health check sheet for two weeks prior to the tryouts and on the day of the tryouts.
Please print and fill out the following sheet and submit it at the reception on the day.

*It is mandatory for participating players and accompanying guardians (up to one guardian per player) to submit this sheet.
【Guidelines for Novel Coronavirus Measures】
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, and minors (under 18) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, will not be allowed to participate. Also, those experiencing difficulty breathing, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell will not be allowed to participate.
If the participant or a cohabitant has experienced any of the above symptoms within one week prior to the day of participation, they will not be allowed to participate.
Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their school or educational institution, or workplace, will not be allowed to participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions from staff when given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own water bottle and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch; do not spit or blow your nose with your hand.
8) Leave and return home promptly after the event.
【Other】
・Acquisition of a J.LEAGUE ID (free) is required for application.
・Please be sure to take your temperature before departure. Those with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher will be refused participation.
・Guardian viewing is limited to one guardian per player (guardians are also requested to fill out the health check sheet).
・Please always wear a mask inside the venue until immediately before playing.
・Please refrain from unnecessary contact between players as much as possible (handshakes, high fives, etc.).
・Changing rooms cannot be used on the day. Please come dressed in your attire.
・Please observe the rules regarding toilet usage (explained on the day).
・Please bring soccer attire and cleats (fixed type).
・No further guidance or notifications will be sent after application. Please arrive at the venue on time on the day of the tryouts.
・If you are unable to attend the tryouts due to scheduling conflicts, please indicate this in the "Remarks" section of the application form. We will consider your request.
*Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request.
・In case of severe weather, an announcement will be posted on the Antlers official website by 22:00 the day before the tryouts.
・Injury treatment during the tryouts will be limited to first aid. Any subsequent costs will be borne by the individual, and the club will not be held responsible.
