Notice of "Parent-Child Soccer Event" for Preschoolers (ages 3-4) to 3rd Graders (May 22)

We will hold a parent-child soccer event at the Hitachinaka City General Athletic Park Recreation Plaza on Saturday, May 22. Let's enjoy playing soccer with your child!

[Eligible Grades]
Kindergarten (3-year-olds) to 3rd grade elementary school

[What to bring]
Soccer attire (shoes, shin guards, etc.), ball, water bottle, change of clothes, health check sheet

[Participation Fee]
Parent-child pair (2 people) 1,500 yen (tax included)
*500 yen (tax included) for each additional person
*Please pay in cash on the day of the event.

[Other Notes]
・Please register for "Amabie-chan" which will be displayed at the venue on the day of the event.
・Please fill out the health check sheet starting two weeks before the event day.

・We will provide first aid for injuries that occur on the day of the event, but please understand in advance that each household will be responsible for subsequent treatment.

[Guidelines for New Coronavirus Countermeasures]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, and children (under 18 years) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, cannot participate. Also, if you experience difficulty breathing, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.

If the participant or a cohabiting person has experienced any of the above health issues within one week prior to the day of participation, they cannot participate.
Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their educational institution (such as a school) or workplace cannot participate.

Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:

1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions from the management if given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, immediately report it and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit or blow your nose.
8) After the event, promptly withdraw and return home.
