Kashima Antlers FC is recruiting assistant coaches for its soccer school (futsal) as follows:

1. Position
School Futsal Assistant Coach (Part-time)
2. Job Description
[Soccer School]
・Assistant coach duties for soccer schools primarily for kindergarten children (ages 4-5) and elementary school students, and assistance with soccer school operations.
・Preparation and tidying up for training sessions
・Support during training sessions
・Administrative support for school operations
[Futsal (Kashima・Tsukuba)]
・Futsal operation administration (planning and sales)
・Futsal refereeing and operation support
3. Eligibility Requirements
・Must be 18 years of age or older
・Must have experience as a soccer player or coach (professional or amateur)
・Student part-time workers are accepted (university students or higher)
・Experienced soccer coaches are welcome (especially those with experience coaching kindergarten to lower elementary school students)
・Must be able to work at least 2 days a week in principle
・Must own a private car and be able to use it for work-related travel (consultation required).
・Must have some practical computer skills, or be willing to actively acquire them.
4. Salary
・To be determined based on experience and other factors.
5. Working Hours
・10:00 - 12:00 (Kindergarten巡回指導 - circuit instruction)
・15:00 - 20:00 (School)
・19:30 - 22:30 (Futsal)
*Hours vary depending on the work location.
*Working any of the above time slots is acceptable.

・17 soccer school venues, 2 futsal venues

Work location will be determined after considering your current address and the above locations.
*We are also recruiting spot coaches (coaching only at that school) for those residing near the above 17 venues.
8. Activity Period
・February 2018 - March 2019 (consultation required)
・Short-term participation only during winter break or starting from February is also possible.
