3rd Session: To be determined after October - Considering the Professions Surrounding the J.League
4th Session: To be determined after October - Considering the Relationship Between Profession and "Will," "Role," and "Ability"
5th Session: To be determined after October - Developing One's Own Career Image Plan

All sessions will be held in the Kashima Antlers Clubhouse 2F Meeting Room.
*Mr. Shigeru Ihata, Representative Director and President of Kashima Antlers FC Co., Ltd., will participate as a guest teacher for the 1st session.

Since 2010, the J.League has been implementing the "J.League Yononaka-ka Career Design Support Program" as part of its player development initiatives in human resource development activities. This program aims to foster appropriate thinking and attitudes toward "career" for individuals aspiring to become professional athletes, as well as to cultivate appropriate work ethics and professional values as members of society, with the goal of developing individuals who can be active and contribute to their communities in the future.
