Kashima Antlers and the J.League conduct safety management and security for matches based on the Match Operation and Management Regulations to provide a safe and comfortable stadium experience.

At Mercari Stadium, re-entry gates are installed at Gate 1, NIPPON STEEL Gate (Gate 2), Gate 5, Gate 6, and the Wheelchair Only Gate.

10 minutes after general admission begins until the end of the match

Re-entry compatible ticket (e-ticket, paper ticket with barcode)

[How to temporarily exit]
At the temporary exit gate within Gate 1, NIPPON STEEL Gate (Gate 2), Gate 5, Gate 6, or the Wheelchair Only Gate, hold your re-entry compatible ticket over the terminal.


[How to re-enter]
At the re-entry entrance, hold the same re-entry compatible ticket used for temporary exit over the terminal.

■Notes
・For temporary exit and re-entry, authentication with the same re-entry compatible ticket (e-ticket or paper ticket with barcode) used for initial entry is required. Please hold it over the terminal.
・The "Re-entry Only Entrance" can only be used by those re-entering. For initial entry after arriving, please enter through other gates, not the dedicated entrance.
・A baggage inspection will be conducted again upon re-entry. Your cooperation is appreciated.
・Customers with visitor-only seats cannot re-enter. Please be aware of this in advance.
・Customers with re-entry compatible tickets can re-enter from any of Gate 1, NIPPON STEEL Gate, Gate 5, or Gate 6.
・The wheelchair-only gate is for those using wheelchair seats only.

Rules for waiting lines and saving seats in the stands
Applicable Matter	Rule
1. Securing a spot in the waiting line with sheets, etc.	Prohibited
2. Start time for line organization	15 minutes before opening
3. Customers not in line at the start time for line organization	Go to the end of the line
4. Saving seats in the stands	Prohibited

At home games held at Mercari Stadium, from the opening time until the waiting line for Supporters' Seats customers clears, the stand on the home side of the Supporters' Seats will be partitioned by gates and equipment in the concourse on each floor, and traffic will be regulated (the regulation will be lifted after the waiting line clears).

This measure is in response to several instances where some customers who entered through NIPPON STEEL Gate or Gate 5 in the reserved seating lane went directly into the home side stand of the Supporters' Seats to save seats. We ask for your understanding and cooperation to ensure fairness in admission.

The use of large flags in the front row of the lower tier and Supporters' Seat home side stand is permitted under the following conditions:
・Kashima Antlers Supporters: Use of large flags in the front row is by prior registration (※)
・Away Supporters: Can only be used in designated areas

※About prior registration
Supporters who wish to use large flags at Mercari Stadium should first contact the Kashima Antlers Call Center (support@antlers.co.jp) and provide: 1. Your name, 2. Address, 3. Phone number. After that, the person in charge will contact you regarding arrangements on match day.

※Definition of large flag: Refers to flags larger than commercially available L-flags (1,015mm x 1,575mm) (L-flags are not included).

■About Kashima Antlers Supporters cheering with large flags at away matches

For away games, the match operation rules set by the home club shall be followed.
