Antlers Youth, the final category of the Antlers Academy, is formed primarily by players from our junior youth teams who train at our three prefectural bases: Kashima, Norte (Hitachi), and Tsukuba. Our goal is to see as many of these players as possible promoted to the top team, and the entire club is committed to supporting this effort. Our unique approach to strengthening both academic and athletic development, which includes experienced development experts, a comprehensive medical support system, and the establishment of a daytime training system through our partnership with Kashima Gakuen, has garnered attention from various quarters as an initiative unique to Antlers.
