How to Apply for Membership

1. Join via the membership application form

Once you've decided on your preferred campus and course, you can enroll using the form below!
Please be sure to read the enrollment guide provided below before applying.

 

* The "Selection" course is only available to those who have passed the selection exam.
If you are interested, please participate in the selection meeting or consult with a coach when you attend the school.

2. Enroll after attending a free trial

3. Contact the call center to apply.

For those who have already decided to join or who wish to join without a free trial, please contact the Kashima Antlers Call Center with your intention to join, along with the following information:

 

・Name
・Current grade
・School you wish to join
・Course and day of the week you wish to join

Membership Information

Enrollment fee

An admission fee will be charged upon enrollment.

 

Admission fee: 5,500 yen (tax included) per person

 

*An admission fee will also be charged if you leave the school and re-enroll.

Initiation fee

An annual membership fee will be charged once a year per student.

 

[Standard Price]
Annual membership fee: 5,500 yen (incl. tax) / per student
*If there are two or more students from the same household, the fee will be halved to 2,750 yen (incl. tax) / per student from the second student onwards.

 

[Timing of Annual Membership Fee Payment]
・For continuing members: Billed annually in April along with the monthly fees.
・For new members: Billed upon enrollment.

*Tsukuba and Moriya campuses will have an additional 1,100 yen (tax included) facility usage fee compared to other campuses.

 

If you attend twice or more a week, you can attend for an additional 2,200 yen (tax included) per course for each additional course (1 course).

 

Example 1: Attending a regular course twice a week: 7,700 yen + 2,200 yen = 9,900 yen (tax included)
Example 2: Attending three times a week, including a selection course: 9,900 yen + 2,200 yen + 2,200 yen = 14,300 yen (tax included)

*Details regarding payment information will be provided to members in the booklet given at the time of enrollment.

Handling of Personal Information

Kashima Antlers Soccer School will operate in accordance with its "Privacy Policy."
Photos and videos taken at the school or events may be used on the club's or each event's social media, official website, and club official media, including publications.

 

In addition, personal information (information that can identify a specific individual) such as your name, gender, date of birth, telephone number, and email address will be handled in accordance with the following policy.

Academy Regulations

To enroll in the Kashima Antlers Soccer School, you must agree to the "Kashima Antlers FC Academy Terms and Conditions."

Regarding the application of sports insurance

Upon enrolling in the Kashima Antlers Soccer School, you will simultaneously be enrolled in our accident compensation system and liability insurance.
*No additional procedures are required.

 

Sports Accident Compensation Insurance Premium: 800 yen/year
*Included in the annual fee.

What to wear and bring to school

To play soccer safely and enjoyably, there are dress code rules. Understand the correct dress code to play soccer safely, enjoyably, and in style!

・Training shoes or cleats (fixed studs)
・Athletic wear
・Sports goggles *For children who wear glasses

 

[What to bring]
・One ball *For free trials only, balls will be lent to those who do not have one.
・Shin guards
・Change of clothes
・Towel
・Beverage

Information on our communication tools

1. Sgrum
After joining, Sgrum will be used as the communication tool between the soccer school and the students/families.

 

[Communication Contents]
Communications from Antlers: Schedule, cancellation notices (as a rule, posted 60 minutes before the start of each grade level), announcements, newsletters, surveys, event reports, entertainment content such as video distribution, etc.

 

Communications from school students: Late arrival, absence notifications

*Even if you report a late arrival or absence within Sgrum, coaches may not be able to read it immediately due to preparation for practice or other reasons. However, please rest assured that it will not be considered an unauthorized late arrival or absence.

 

[Registration Method / Installation Method]
Once the school enrollment procedure is complete, we will send Sgrum registration guidance to the email address you registered at the time of enrollment.

*Please note that it may take up to one week from your enrollment.
