■Regarding preschoolers
For preschoolers, if they are watching on the lap of an accompanying adult, no ticket is required for up to one preschooler per accompanying adult. If a seat is required, a separate ticket will be needed. If choosing West Zone, East Zone, or Supporters' Seat, please purchase a ticket at the elementary/junior high/high school student price.
■For wheelchair users
"Wheelchair seats" are observation spaces exclusively for wheelchair users. One accompanying person can enter for free. Pre-reservation is required for the observation space and parking. Since the number of seats is limited, please make sure to reserve in advance.

[How to arrive on match day]
On match day, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-only parking lot (D parking lot) on the backstand side. After reception, you will enter through the dedicated entrance (Gate 5 side). The attendant's ticket (QR) will be given at the reception.
[Notes on wheelchair seats]
・Season ticket members with Supporters' Seats can select wheelchair seats and acquire a seat for 0 yen.
・You cannot watch the game from a wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.

■Regarding the sale of B parking tickets
・Parking tickets for Kashima Soccer Stadium B Parking will be sold by pre-reservation. Since it is a pre-reservation system, you cannot use it without a ticket.
・Please purchase parking tickets in advance from "Shika Ticket". They will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until the match day, up to the number of available parking spaces.

You must apply for a 0-yen ticket from "Shika Ticket" (entry with IC card or app membership card is not possible).
For each match, you must select a viewing seat from "Shika Ticket" and acquire one free ticket. If you do not acquire a viewing ticket in advance, you will not be able to watch the match, so please be sure to designate your viewing seat for each match.
