We will be holding a trial session of the Kashima Wellness Plaza studio program at Kashima Sports Center.
This is for those who are concerned about lack of exercise, those who don't know what kind of exercise suits them, and those who want to increase the intensity of their workouts!
We have prepared programs that can be enjoyed by everyone from beginners to advanced exercisers.
You can participate in just one lesson. Please take this opportunity to try it out.
Reservations can be made by phone or through the reservation form. Each lesson is limited to the first 50 people, so please apply early.

13:00~14:00 YOGA
A popular program aimed at improving health, weight loss, and mental and physical stability.
14:30~15:30 BODY COMBAT
A popular aerobic program from New Zealand, packed with various martial arts elements.

Important Information
1. Each program costs 500 yen. Payment will be made at the special reception desk on the day of the event.
・Children participating in "Dance with Parent and Child" are free.
・Participants in "Dance with Parent and Child" must have at least one guardian participate.
2. Target age is high school students and above; "Dance with Parent and Child" is open to ages 3-10.
3. Attire
・Please wear comfortable clothing for exercise.
・Please bring indoor shoes.
・Please bring water.
4. Only water is permitted for hydration in the sub arena. Please be aware of this in advance.
5. Please wait in the entrance lobby.
6. Please take full responsibility for your physical condition when exercising and for deciding whether to proceed with or cancel the program.
7. Please arrange your own insurance.
8. Please gather at the reception 10 minutes before the lesson starts.
