We would like to inform you about membership fees and our response to the closure during this period.
[Membership Fees]
The membership fee for the month you return will be 50% of the usual rate (2,550 yen).
If the state of emergency continues and the closure period is extended beyond Sunday, February 7, we will inform you of our updated policy.
For members of regular health program courses, any unused sessions from January will remain valid in February, and your February membership fee will not be debited (if you add additional sessions in February, a fee will be incurred).
For other items with expiration dates, such as session tickets, we will extend their validity so they can be used.
[Closure Response]
During the closure period, we will offer free online lesson streaming called "Antlers Conectar" to members so they can enjoy fitness at home (free coupons will be issued to members; non-members will be charged).
Information (invitations) for members to attend lessons will be sent via postcard or email.
We will also conduct one-on-one personal training online. This will be offered for a fee to both members and non-members.
