The beginner course covered everything from how to wear bouldering shoes to the names of various equipment, as well as detailed explanations about safety, making it very easy to understand for first-time bouldering participants, and seemingly very helpful. In the practical session, participants were carefully taught basic climbing and descending techniques while actually climbing. While climbing, participants showed serious expressions, but after finishing, they naturally smiled, perhaps from a sense of accomplishment.

In the intermediate course, there were detailed explanations on climbing techniques, body movements, and footwork, making the content more specialized. In this class, many people wanted to overcome their current challenges, and there were often scenes where they eagerly asked questions.

In the advanced course, instruction was given by observing each individual's movements, and the discussions became more practical. Everyone challenged themselves while cheering each other on with "Ganba!!" (one of the bouldering shouts). Some people applied what they learned to their own challenges and attempted more difficult routes, and after successfully completing them, applause naturally erupted.

Throughout the day, at each level, everyone listened very earnestly to the instructor. Many expressed sentiments like "I can't remember everything at once" and we also received encouraging words like "Will you do it again?"
Thank you all very much!
