The first dish is the Vegetable Tanmen from Restaurant Umino Kaze! For 670 yen including tax, you get this generous portion. It's packed with local vegetables! Since seasonal vegetables are used, you can enjoy different flavors depending on the time of year (the photo is from July 2020).

After conquering half of the vegetable mountain, I reached the noodles. The medium-thick noodles are soaked in the salty soup and the umami of the vegetables. I slurp them down quickly before they get soggy!

I finished the other half of the vegetables and ate everything. My stomach and heart are completely satisfied!
I thought it would be best to eat the vegetables and noodles alternately to enjoy the deliciousness until the end. Since vegetables are especially filling, make sure you're good and hungry before you go!
Kashimanada Kaihin Park is located along National Route 51, facing the ocean. Turn into the T-intersection shown in the photo to reach the parking lot.

Once you enter the restaurant, buy a meal ticket and hand it to the receptionist. In addition to Vegetable Tanmen, there are many other popular dishes. It's popular with locals as well as tourists, so if you want to be sure to get your desired dish, go early!

How was Umino Kaze's Vegetable Tanmen? Although it's not a specialized ramen shop, it's a superb dish with many repeat customers, so please give it a try!
