Here, we will introduce the various events that were held.
Outside Venue Events
Outside the venue, special decorations were on display for this day only. Many visitors took commemorative photos with the cheerful Motoyama Academy scout and the large tarpaulin featuring the key phrase of "Motofes," "Creating a fun Kashima."
At the merchandise booths outside the venue, many memorial goods were available, and "Motofes stickers" were presented to everyone who made a purchase.
At the outdoor food and beverage area, "Motofes original menu items" were available. The area opened at 9:30 AM, even before the venue officially opened, and many visitors enjoyed it. A grand lottery was also held where participants could win Motosan's autographed goods.
The Kids Area, always popular at home games, was also a great success! All participating children received a "Motofes sticker."
As it was Motosan's big day, mascots from the five hometown cities also participated! They greeted all the visitors.
Inside Venue Events
With the cooperation of RISO KAGAKU CORPORATION, a club official partner, a special program for the day was distributed at each entrance gate.
Crowdfunding Project "Antlers' Future for Everyone 2023" Reward: Game Ticket with Baked Sweet Potato
Donors who chose the game ticket with a baked sweet potato received a baked sweet potato made from sweet potatoes special to Namegata City on the day of the event.
In commemoration of "Motofes," the Kashima Soccer Museum held a "Masashi Motoyama Special Exhibition." This exhibition will run until Wednesday, January 31, 2024, so please come and visit.
The merchandise booths inside the venue were also very busy. Furthermore, on the concourse inside the venue, a large poster was displayed featuring photos carefully selected by Motosan, with a handwritten "one word" added to each photo. Visitors enjoyed this special photo exhibition, titled "Motogatari," which also included a quiz, for one day only.

Crowdfunding Project "Antlers' Future for Everyone 2023" Reward: 1998 Seat
Before the match at the 1998 seat, donors took commemorative photos with Motosan, as well as with C.R.O. Nakata, youth GK coach Hitoshi Sogahata, Takeshi Yamaguchi, and Akihiro Nakamura, all of whom joined Antlers in 1998, and also with Junichi Inamoto (Nankatsu SC) and Shinji Ono (Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo), who were born in the same year, 1979.

At the kids' game before the match, participants enjoyed playing with many Antlers OB, including Takuya Nozawa.

At the high-five seat, donors sent off the participating players with high-fives as they headed for warm-ups.

Ten donors served as escort persons and entered the pitch with the participating players.
Before kickoff, a commemorative photo was taken on the pitch with the members of Josho Kaihatsu Kogyo, a club official partner that provided special sponsorship for "Motofes."
