In Part 1, following the opening address, former Antlers player Masatada Ishii took the stage and gave a lecture explaining his career and anecdotes from his time as a salaried worker. He concluded with a warm message, saying, "I want you to look at yourselves and choose a company that aligns with your future goals!"

In Part 2, company representatives and employees from each participating company gave presentations at their respective booths.

At each company's booth, company information materials were displayed, and booths featured creative presentations such as demonstrations of their unique technologies and distribution of novelty products.

Based on requests from previous participants, this information session lasted approximately three hours. Students actively participated by listening to explanations, watching demonstrations intently, and asking questions at company booths that interested them.
