This event, part of the philosophy sponsorship activities (*) conducted in collaboration with ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB member companies, was held to address the regional issue of declining youth population, who will be the leaders of the next generation, and provided an opportunity for interaction.
We recruited 20 single men and 20 single women by lottery, and received numerous applications from across the country, primarily from our hometown.
To conduct the event at Kashima Stadium, we set a timetable based on soccer rules.
【Teams】
Women's Team: 19 members / Men's Team: 20 members
【Schedule】
・First Half (45 minutes): Self-introductions, Stadium Tour
・Halftime (15 minutes): Strategy Meeting in the Player's Locker Room
・Second Half (45 minutes): Quiz, Free Time
・Additional Time (11 minutes): Confession Time
・Penalty Kicks: Extended Attack Time
In the first half, all participants introduced themselves within a one-minute time limit. The challenge was how effectively they could appeal to others in such a short time.

Afterward, participants interacted during a stadium tour. Everyone seemed to enjoy seeing parts of the stadium that are usually off-limits.

Halftime was a strategy meeting for the second half in both teams' locker rooms! The "coaches" for both teams gave instructions: "Attack aggressively!" to the men's team, and "Smiles are important! Open your hearts a little!" to the women's team.

The second half included a quiz about Antlers and a social gathering.

And finally, additional time. It was confession time for the men's team to the women. Many cheers were given for the brave approaches from the men.

This time, 12 couples successfully matched. While it may be difficult to get to know each other completely in such a short period, we hope this event expanded their social circle and provided an opportunity for them to come watch a game together in the future.
ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB will continue to carry out activities aimed at contributing to the community and society.
