The press conference was held in a hybrid format, both online and offline, and was attended by many media representatives. Our club's president, Fumio Koizumi, attended and announced the updated ideal state of the club and future business plans, which are based on the forward-looking management policy "VISION KA41" that was established 10 years ago on October 1, 2011.

What is "VISION KA41"?
It is the management vision until the club celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2041. "KA" stands for the club's initials, and its sound also means "management" (keiei in Japanese). "41" indicates the year 2041, the club's 50th anniversary.

This vision was announced by then-President Shigeru Ibata at the "20th Anniversary Symposium" held on October 1, 2011.

The Club's Aim from its 30th Anniversary Towards 2041
When "VISION KA41" was announced on October 1, 2011, the club's goals for 2041 were defined in the following five points. To be a stronger and more beloved club, we aimed for a club structure with high profitability and efficiency, and as key initiatives, we focused on strengthening the stadium, player development system, and partners. We have been working on these for the past 10 years.

And, as the club celebrates its 30th anniversary, the vision for the club outlined in "VISION KA41" is as follows. While inheriting the basic direction of the five themes, we have re-examined our current position and updated each definition more concretely. We have articulated the path the club should take and will carry it forward for the next 10 and 20 years.
■Football
The definition from 10 years ago, "Continue to be a strong club that challenges the world," has been elevated to "Become a club that leads Asia and competes on the world stage," raising the bar for the goals to be achieved. At the same time, we will strengthen player development and continuously produce world-class players.
■Community
Inheriting the definition of "being a development-oriented club based in the region," we will create a new community model centered around the club, encompassing both local and broader areas, and ensure sustainable growth.
■Brand
The scope has expanded from the definition of "supported by the community through thorough regional strategies" to "supported by stakeholders and growing together." We will further pursue a relationship where stakeholders and the club mutually benefit and grow together.
■Stadium
We will further refine the meaning embedded in the phrase "THE DREAM BOX," which was announced in 2006. Not limited to being a "world-class stadium," we will continue to evolve with the community and pursue "THE DREAM BOX," a source of dreams and a "source of pride for the world."
■Dream
We will pursue the club's original principle of "continuously challenging" across the entire organization. Through Football Dream, we will challenge ourselves in any situation to achieve the dreams of each member of the Antlers family.
